LoRaWAN® Payload Codec API

In the absence of any standardization, each time a new device or Application Server is introduced, the Application Server vendor needs to develop a codec for the device/application or the device maker needs to develop a codec for the Application Server vendor. The LoRaWAN® Payload Codec API standardizes an API for the JavaScript codec of LoRaWAN devices, enabling adoption by both device makers and Application Server vendors. Any standard codec, that follows this standard API, provides the capability to decode uplinks/downlinks and to encode downlinks, allowing new LoRaWAN devices to be easily integrated into any compatible platform. Through this webinar, you will learn how to build a standard codec, focusing on its structure, limitations, and recommendations for optimization.
