The case study of Ghirardelli Square, a unique layout converted from an old chocolate factory to apartment units and retail, highlights the success of Kairos' deployment of only 3 LoRaWAN gateways in detecting and preventing a major water damage event and 2 block power outage, compared to the typical deployment of over 50 wifi gateways.
