LoRa Alliance to Showcase Millions of LoRaWANTM Connected Devices and Strong China Adoption at Mobile World Congress Shanghai

Shanghai – June 20, 2018 – The LoRa AllianceTM, the global association of companies backing the open LoRaWANTM standard for Internet of Things (IoT) low-power wide- area networks (LPWANs), today previewed its presence next week at Mobile World Congress Shanghai. LoRaWAN has gained rapid traction in China over the past few months. Wei Ku, General Manager of Ali-Cloud IoT Business Unit, has been elected to the LoRa Alliance Board of Directors and Dr. Xiaobo Yu was recently appointed as Regional Vice Chair, Asia Pacific. On the show floor, LoRa Alliance members will demonstrate a wide range of market-ready LoRaWANTM devices, products and solutions.
