This protocol specification allows the LoRaWAN Certification Test Tool to fully validate compliance of an end-device to the LoRaWAN L2 Specification and the LoRaWAN Regional Parameters Specification for Class A, B, and C end-devices and end-devices that support the SCHC protocol.

1.2.0 includes the command required for Fragmentation Data Block Transport (TS004) Specification.
