LoRaWAN Meets AI

Some sensors normally require transporting large amounts of data wirelessly (e.g., vibration sensors, cameras). Until recently LoRaWAN could not serve such use cases due to its ISM-induced capacity limitations. With the advent of AI/ML capabilities on the edge (on end-devices), such use cases became possible even when using LoRaWAN connectivity. Alex Guskov, Actility, will demonstrate sensors that take advantage of both AI/ML and the LoRaWAN connectivity which helps both technologies to expand their adoption.
