WEBINAR: Applications of DLMS over LoRaWAN®

The LoRa Alliance®, the global association of companies backing the open LoRaWAN® protocol for the Internet of Things (IoT) low-power wide-area networks (LPWANs), and the DLMS User Association (DLMS UA), the non-profit organization driving utilities and meter manufacturers to specify and support the DLMS standard for utilities, have collaborated in a liaison to enable the first specification of the DLMS communication profile over LoRaWAN. They will present valuable applications and markets, and explain how they tackled the challenge to run an IP-based standard over LPWAN technology. EDF as important member of the two organizations, and main sponsor of this liaison, plus ACKLIO and SEMTECH, both contributors in the liaison, will explain how LoRaWAN networks can support DLMS. LAR.TECH will share the key benefits of a massive and real deployment of smart DLMS meters connected over their LoRaWAN network. In this webinar, you will see how the DLMS protocol is the first of IP-based protocol standards to run over LoRaWAN via a standard adaptation layer without any broken pipe in regard of internet.
